John Thomas son of John Thomas and grandson of Michael Rogers on 03 Apr 1751 as John Thomas of Nansemond County deeded to John Daughtry son of William Daughtry of Isle of Wight 105 acres in Queen's Grave Swamp said land being part of a patent of 1650 acres to Richard Thomas , Jonathan Robinson, and John Saunders in 1681, and said Richard Thomas devised 550 acres of this land to his son John Thomas and three daughters Phoebe, Elizabeth, and Sarah by his last will 08 April 1687 and by the death of the aforesaid John Thomas to his son John Thomas.
