Alexander Cotten 12 May 1823 May Court 1826 book F pg. 56 Daughter Mary Elizabeth Cotten - all my perishable estate to which I am entitled by the will of Frederick Cotten, also Negroes Moses, Solomon, Nelson and Susana. Son Arthur Staten Cotten - forty shillings. Surplus of estate to be divided between my two said children. Executors: friends Randolph Cotten and Spencer D. Cotten
