Augustine Hynde, citizen and alderman*
Augustine Hynde was seised of i messuage situate in the parish of St. Peter, Westchepe, London,
So seised, the said Augustine Hynde made his will in the parish of St. Peter in Westchepe, on 23 June, Mary [1554], and thereby bequeathed all the said premises to Edward Hynde his third son and his heirs for ever. All the said premises are held of the Queen by fealty only, in free burgage and not in chief, and are worth per ann., clear, £10 8s. 4d.
Augustine Hynde died 12 August last past; Rowland Hynde is his son and next heir, and is now aged 13 years and more.
