I, Azubah Earl, of Chester in the county of Windsor & State of Vermont of lawful age, on oath depose and say that I was well aquainteed with Joshua Church formerly of said Chester, that he was a pensioner of the United States, that he died in the town of Chester aforesaid in the year 1840 and that I am well acquainted with Mrs Sally Church who is now a widow and is the Widow of the said Joshua Church who was a pensioner at the time of his decease, that she has not intermarried since the decease of her said Husband, Joshua Church. And also that sthe was the widow of Abiel Tarbell, formerly of said Chester, at the time of her marriage with the said Joshua Church, That I was acquainted with her, previous to her first marriage, and that her maiden name was Sally Kibling Azuba Earl
