He states in the 1900 census that he was born in Missouri. His parents were Reece B. and Hannah Price. They are found with James M. Price and other children in the 1850 Pulaski Co., KY Census where all family members were born in KY. In 1860 they are residing in Polk Co., MO. James is listed as Manuel. Reece and Hannah state they were born in KY and the children were born in MO.
