Robert eldest son of Robert was born 1629/30 at great Babbow and came to America with his father and uncle in 1634. It is recorded that he tended cattle in Salem and and that after his apprenticeship, he lived on Martha's Vineyard and worked as a weaver, He apparently returned to Salem where in 1667 the birth of his first five childdren were recorded at the same time. His wife's name was Sarah. He was with the Salem Company in the French and Indian War in 1676. Both he and his wife suffered imprisonment in 1692 because they were suspected of witchcraft. She was living in 1704 and he was living in 1713 when he was dismissed from the church in Salem to aid in forming the first church in what is now Peabody, MA. No further record was found.

7. 2. Elizabeth born 20 Jun 1662, m 28 Oct 1703 Thomas Venney of Marblehead.
8. 3. Deliverance born 16 Oct 1664.

10.5. Robert b. 25 Mar 1669 at Salem. Known as the "Latter Robert" he moved to Enfield-See Chapter on "Latter Robert".
11.6. Isaac b. 30 Nov 1671 at Salem.
12.7. Bethia b, 18 Jun 1673 at Salem,
13.8. Nathaniel b. 28 Dec 1677 at Salem.

Sarah Pease, the wife of Robert Pease, was accused of witchcraft in Salem on
May 23, 1692.

You are in theire Majest's names hereby required to apprehend and forthwith bring before us ( Sarah pease the wife of Robert pease of Salem Weaver who stands charged with sundry acts of Witchcraft by her Committed Lately on the Body of Mary Warren of Salem Village whereby great Injury was do her. &c) in order to her Examination Relateing to the same faile not Dated Salem May 23'd 1692
