The estate of Jeremiah Hilliard was inventoried 1742 in Edgecombe County, North Carolina.

On 14 May 1743, Joseph Howell, Elias Fort, Robert West divided the estate of Jeremiah Hilliard among his five children and the report was submitted to the Edgecombe County Court under the oath of Joseph Thomas, in right of his wife Mourning Thomas, late the wife of Jeremiah Hilliard.
