WHITEHEAD, Joseph The Exrs. (unamed of the dec'd, were ordered to appear in court and give an account of the estate, Nov. 1784. Negroes ordered sold agreeable to the will, Nov. 1796. John Bishop was apptd. Gdn. of Joseph WHITEHEAD (orphan of the dec'd,) May, 1799 replacing the former gdn. Lewis Brantley. A gdn. account for Joseph WHITEHEAD was filed by Lewis Brantley, Aug., 1799. Negroes ordered divided between Joseph WHITEHEAD (son of the dec'd,) and Godwin Cotton (grandson of the dec'd.) Aug., 1801.
